The Garden Bowl Planter - The HC Companies 22" decorative flower pot is great for growing houseplants and even for growing small vegetables and herbs. Made of high-quality, lightweight resin, it is easy to move and handle. It has pre-cut holes that can be used for optional drainage. The inside diameter is 22" and the outside diameter is 24". Even though it's a little deep as a bird bath, some buyers have still used it for that purpose despite the slow leak. It can be painted with plastic spray paint or primed with Kilz or Zinsser Bull's Eye primer and then painted to the color of your choice.
