This L'ATELIER DE o Jew's Harp Vietnamese Brass Hmong Harp is a very cool instrument that is easy and fun to play. Simply hold the end where the string is attached with the thumb and index finger of your left hand, put it to your lips, gently hold it with your lips, breathe through, and strike the sharp end lightly by the index finger of your right hand. It produces a great sound and is easy to get varied and interesting sounds. The harp is made of mainly hardened brass with a little bit of nickel and there is no lead inside. However, some customers have complained that the harp arrived with a very strong smell almost like mothballs and some chemical preservative and it has not disappeared even after a month of use. Overall, this harp is a great product at a good price point and is worth the purchase for anyone interested in exploring unique sounds and expanding their instrument collection.
