Answer: Hi this is inspired from their hotel lobby so the scent is similar. -

Answer: At least 4 months, up to 8 months. -

How long does your scents last?
Answer: Seems to last pretty long. I am still on my original bottle and the oil has barely evaporated. I have several other diffusers and scent from different companies. This has lasted the longest by far, however scent must be placed near something that blows scent around. If not this is only good for a very small space. -

How do I increase the scent released? I can only smell them when I am next to the diffuser.
Answer: Did you let it saturate for a few days and flip the reads so there completely saturated with the oil? It turn out great and fill up my spaces with the scent, works perfect for many of our customer. -

Mine doesn’t carry the smell into the air. I’ve had it for over 2 weeks now. And still no smell. Why?
Answer: Mine does best in a small area. -

How to control the intensity of the scent?
Answer: Controlling the intensity of the scent from the diffuser is best done by removing one or more of the 5 sticks according to the scent level you want. Less sticks not only reduce the power of the fragrance being emitted, it also reduces the use of the oil. When more of the scent is wanted or needed, just re-insert the stick back into the diffuser. Note: the stickes you remove can be place to dry in any one or more rooms of the house without a diffuser and the same affects as if in the diffuser. This particular scent is very nice and is most popularly used as the signature scent of a popular hotel. -

Answer: Looks like a thin piece of tree bark that sells in craft stores doesn’t come with it. -

Can I put the oil in an air diffuser?
Answer: Yes, it is possible. I try it on my humidifier it works, of course, essential oil would be better which we have it in our shop as English Country Inn which is Ritz-Carlton, just a name changed.
