Double Bass Drum Pedal, Double Chain Kick Drum Pedal (V-SC-HT12)

The Double Bass Drum Pedal, a double chain design, has garnered mixed reviews from customers, particularly those with professional or intermediate experience in drumming. While some users appreciate its price point, suggesting it could serve as an initial step for beginners, the general Consensus leans towards disappointment regarding its Construction and performance. Professional players report significant issues with the pedal's Consistency and smoothness, noting that the action of the left (slave) pedal does not match that of the right, leading to an unbalanced playing experience. Reviewers have been particularly critical of the pedals’ bearings, which feel rough, hinder the responsiveness, and contribute to a clunky playing experience. The lightweight base made from cheaper materials raises concerns about the pedal's durability under real performance pressure. While some recognize the Double Bass Drum Pedal as an accessible option for beginners learning the fundamentals of double bass drumming, its reliability and performance leave much to be desired. Users caution that this pedal may not be suitable for serious drummers, who would likely outgrow its capabilities quickly. Suggestions lean towards seeking more robust alternatives as one gains skill and power in their drumming. **
