It is simple to set up and has a nice, clear, legible screen. It works with any tablet, provided a teleprompter app is downloaded for it. However, some customers have had issues, stating that their camera won't focus through the teleprompter, and the online version of the app doesn't work and requires an extra cost. Furthermore, some have received a defective product with a stuck zipper and malfunctioning screws. One customer also expressed their dissatisfaction due to additional shipping costs to return the faulty product.
