When dealing with close vent offsets between the dryer and the wall vent located on the same wall (offsets between 6-9 inches), the MV-90 can be coupled directly to a standard 4-inch diameter, adjustable, 90-degree elbow, creating a 9-inch offset. If your offset is 6 inches, you can utilize the MV-90 and an elbow to take advantage of its ability to handle misalignment up to 3 inches. For same-wall offsets greater than 9 inches, simply mount the MV-90 behind your dryer, plug the 90-degree elbow into the wall vent, and measure the required length of rigid metal pipe between them.
