While the high-quality wood base and comfortable grip are positives, the boar bristles quickly become blunt and frayed, making them virtually useless. The plastic bristles also bend over time, resulting in less effective styling. On the positive side, the brush does make hair shiny and helps manage frizz in humid conditions.
