MAXXHAUL Side Marker Assemblies 80745 Editorial Review
The MAXXHAUL 80745 Side Marker LED Amber Light is an economical and bright option for those in need of replacement lights for their trailers or vehicles. The LED lights are said to be very bright, possibly even brighter than Optronics tail lights. The light itself measures 2.5" x 4" x 1", making it a compact option for various applications. One common question that arises is whether these lights come in red. Unfortunately, the LED version of this light only comes in amber, and the lens color cannot be changed due to the LED being epoxy-glued into the lens. However, there are options available to purchase the non-LED version of this light and replace the amber lens with a red one. In terms of water resistance, these lights are not advertised as waterproof. Some users have reported experiencing water inside the light after prolonged exposure, but the light still functions. It is worth noting that some customers were hoping for better waterproofing. The reviews for these lights are generally positive. Customers have found them to be an affordable and good quality option. Some users have noted that the included screws rusted quickly and recommend purchasing stainless screws separately. Overall, they are seen as an exact replacement for broken lights and are easy to mount and hook up.
