The dimensions of the light are confirmed to be Height: 12.875", Width: 5", and Extension: 6.875". The sconce is Constructed nicely with metal lens caps at the top and bottom and a standard satin nickel finish. It can provide ample light above and below using two bulbs which are not included. The end caps are made of glass and have good silicone gaskets to seal the units. One reviewer suggests using clear silicon to seal the square base to the tubular light and also the square base towards the wall to prevent any rainwater accumulation. It is made in China and looks beautiful but is cheaply Constructed, not suitable for wet-weather regions. The finish is good, and it has a polished stainless steel look. The fixture's shell and trim ring are stainless steel and much heavier and better built than lighting found in big box hardware stores. They are well made and have a modern look.
