The Xelerator is a softball pitching training aid that comes with no instruction videos, but there is a training video available to view on online. The Xelerator weighs just over 1 pound, and can be used by anyone of at least 8 years old, including adults. Training with the Xelerator should ideally be done for 3-4 times a week and for a maximum of 1-2 minutes at a time.
