It is fun and challenging to assemble, with a few stages requiring glue geared to attach plastic to the metal straps of the retro pack. The directions and picture details could have been more thorough, and some positioning of parts was not precise, which required estimation. A few of the parts did not have tabs or indentations as guidance, making it more challenging to assemble. Overall, this model kit is worth buying for any lovers of space design history and is a must-have scale model for any collection.
