The Wright Products V820AFB Pneumatic Closer is a great option for a screen or lightweight door. With an actual round door closer length of 9 inches, it is exactly what you need to replace a similar sized door closer. It has an outside length of 9 inches, and the mounting pin locations are 11 1/4 inches apart. The brackets that attach to the screen door are made of metal and have gator teeth that are about 3 inches long and 3/4 inches wide. If you have a lightweight wooden screen door, then it should work perfectly. While most of the customers had a great experience with the product, some found that the quality of the material was poor and that the metal bent and broke easily. Some customers also felt that the oil was leaking immediately after the first use. A few found the installation instructions confusing, and in some cases, the packaging was missing a piece. Some found that the closer slams hard at the end, even after adjustment.
