The puppet cannot be washed in a machine and requires spot cleaning only. The arm rod is 17.25 inches long in total, and when attached to the puppet, its length is 15 inches, with 2 inches being the hook that attaches the rod to the arm. The body of the puppet measures 15 inches from the top of the head to the legs and 8 inches from the neck to the legs. Custom puppets are not available. Customers have expressed immense satisfaction with this product. One customer described this puppet as if they had hired the Muppet company to custom make it.
