The Pool Hose with a 1.25-inch diameter serves as a replacement for swimming pool filter hoses, particularly for above-ground pools. Customer feedback reveals a mixture of satisfaction and disappointment regarding the product's performance and durability. Many users appreciate the perfect fit and functionality, particularly praising its compatibility with various filter pumps. Several reviews indicate that these hoses worked well as replacements, providing a satisfactory solution for seasonal pool maintenance. Users have noted that the hoses are more effective than those that originally came with their pools. However, durability appears to be a significant issue for some customers. A few reviews highlight that the hoses tend to collapse, impacting water flow and overall performance, especially over time. One customer mentions that they have to replace these hoses annually due to wear and tear, suggesting they do not withstand winter storage well. The overall quality is described as somewhat flimsy and not as thick as previous hoses, leading some users to Consider alternative, more permanent solutions like PVC piping, though the price point remains attractive. In summary, while the hoses are budget-friendly and provide a satisfactory temporary solution for pool maintenance, their longevity and sturdiness are questioned. Customers may want to take into Consideration the need for regular replacements when opting for this product. **
