The NVR included in the system comes with a pre-installed 4TB hard drive and smart AI features that allow for easy remote access on mobile devices. The product comes with 8 60' and 8 100' cables, and the maximum distance from the camera to the NVR is 328 feet. For extending beyond 328 feet, you may require a PoE switch. The customer service provided by GW Security is efficient, with technical support available over the phone and email. The only drawback is that the video monitor doesn't have PoE RJ45 Port, and you have to connect the camera to the NVR to view it on the phone.
