The device comes with a USA power adapter, USB cable, power cord, BNC cable, and alligator clips. In terms of programming, the product comes with an internal library of premade waveforms that the user can select from. The user can also select a waveform transferred from a PC. However, to edit arbitrary waveforms, the user will need to use external software. The maker has PC software that includes a WaveFormEditor and a VirtualControlPanel for control. In terms of limitations, the device runs on 12V DC only and is not compatible with 230V/50Hz. It does not provide much power to the output, so it is not recommended for testing speakers directly. The device cannot be connected to a timer to automatically generate a tone for a specified duration at a specified time of day.
