Nutritionist's Take
Designs for Health Primal Multi is well-regarded among nutritionists for its comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals, particularly appealing to those following a Paleo diet. Key ingredients, such as tocotrienols and lutein, offer antioxidant benefits that may support eye health and combat oxidative stress. Higher doses of Vitamin D (2000 IU) and the inclusion of immune-supporting zinc and Vitamin C make it a strong candidate for enhancing overall immunity, particularly in seasonal changes. Potential drawbacks include the presence of synthetic ingredients in some formulations and the necessity for some consumers to evaluate their individual needs and tolerances, especially with folate sources. Although it is a beneficial supplement for many, those with specific dietary restrictions or sensitivities should consult a healthcare professional to ensure it aligns with their health goals.
