The Aquasana Shower Head Filter System features a unique two-stage up-flow filter design which combines coconut shell carbon and a KDF copper/zinc oxidation process that is independently tested to NSF/ANSI Standard 177 to reduce over 90% of chlorine in hard water. This product is WaterSense Certified to use at least 20% less water than regular products (1.75 GPM Flow Rate.) Save water and protect the environment by choosing WaterSense labeled products. The benefits also let you enjoy healthy, clean water while you shower, giving you softer, more moisturized skin and shinier, healthier hair. Aquasana's shower filter lasts for 10,000 gallons or up to 6 months of shower use before needing replacement. Easily install this showerhead on any standard ½” shower arm. This product includes a shower filter and a chrome handheld wand. Use only genuine Aquasana replacements. Untested replacements are not certified for performance capacity or contaminant removal. This system will NOT reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).
