GoSports Basketball Sets BB-SP-IG-ACRYLIC-01 Editorial Review
The GoSports Splash Hoop Elite is an excellent addition to any pool party or water sports enthusiast's setup. This pool hoop basketball game has an adjustable height, regulation steel rim, and 2 pool basketballs. You can choose between a water-weighted base or an inground base. The hoop can withstand both saltwater and chlorine pools, and the deck-mounted elite is made from premium UV-treated and water-proof materials to withstand long-term outdoor use. The overhang length distance from the rim to the base is 17.5 inches, and the diameter of the pole is 2.36 inches. The offset length from the center of the pole to the backboard is approximately 15 inches. It is crucial to follow the included instructions to secure the Splash Hoop as it can cause a safety hazard. Customer feedback on this product has been mixed. While some customers found it great and easy to assemble, others faced issues such as missing locking bolts and the backboard coming apart. The customer service numbers were not immediately apparent, leading to frustration while trying to resolve issues with the product. Overall, we recommend this product for pool owners who enjoy playing water sports and want a durable, adjustable, and regulation-size hoop in their pool.
