TIGERSECU Super HD 1080P 16 Channel H.265 Surveillance DVR, No Hard Drive

The TIGERSECU Super HD 1080P 16-Channel Hybrid 5-in-1 DVR Security Recorder has garnered a mixed reception from customers, with several users praising its flexibility and ease of setup, while others express dissatisfaction primarily due to technical issues. On one side, many users are delighted with the DVR's ability to seamlessly integrate both IP and BNC cameras, allowing for an adaptable security system tailored to specific needs. The installation process is described as straightforward, with clear instructions making it user-friendly, especially for those replacing older systems. Several customers highlighted positive interactions with tech support, noting a prompt response and helpful guidance, even when they resolved issues independently. However, there are notable concerns regarding the product's performance. A significant number of reviews indicate dissatisfaction with the picture quality, claiming it to be poor, while app functionality has been criticized due to Constant bugs and connectivity issues. Some users reported cameras frequently dropping from the DVR, which detracted from the user experience. Additionally, the lack of features like a cooling fan and front USB port has raised questions about the overall design and usability of the device. In summary, while the TIGERSECU DVR offers flexibility and a relatively easy setup process, potential buyers should weigh the advantages of its versatility against the potential drawbacks related to picture quality and app stability. **
