| Food preparation tips | Always wash your hands thoroughly before preparing formula. Sterilize bottles, nipples, and utensils before first use, and clean them well before each use. Use clean, safe water (ask your pediatrician if you need to boil it). Pour desired amount of warm water (no hotter than 104°F / 40°C) into the clean bottle. Use the scoop provided in the canister to measure the formula. Add the exact amount of powder to water as directed on the Feeding Chart. Cap the bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. -Feed immediately and discard any unused formula within 1 hour. Do not microwave the bottle to warm it—use warm water bath instead. Always follow the instructions on the label for exact measurements and feeding guidelines, and consult your pediatrician if you have questions. |
