Astronomy Editorial Review
The Firefly Planisphere is a suitable choice for those looking for a planisphere that is worth the price. It features a larger size for easier readability in the dark, with readable character size. The addition of a small blue cross on the upper platter helps designate the zenith directly above the observer. However, some customers have found the typeface to be too small and difficult to see in low light. There are also concerns about the odd shape and warping of the sky compared to other planispheres. Overall, it provides a satisfactory experience for stargazing enthusiasts.
