Answer: These are full size. It doesn't take much. A pea size will cover your whole face. It covers everything. I have broken capillaries that I've tried to cover for years. I've spent a lot of $$$ and the only thing I found that would cover some was MAC Full Coverage. This is amazing foundation. It stays on all day and it's waterproof. I'm thankful I found something that really does what it says. I wear NC15 in Mac full coverage, so I got #208. It's a little light, but I'm ordering #207 the mix it with to make it a little darker. -

Is this product good for african american women I am a brown skinned shaded person?
Answer: You can try the darkes shade 224. Any other would be probably too light. -

Answer: I am sorry i'm not familiar with the shades of urban decay. Only in Mac. If you are NC15 to NC20 in MAC, shade 210 is the perfect shade. -

Answer: This did not cover up brown spots on my face, so I can’t imagine it would cover up a tattoo. Not sure about transfer question. -
