I ordered this henna yesterday n it mention pack or 3..but i received only 2 cones.
Answer: The cones are snugly packed together. If you open the box from the opposite end you will find the third cone. -

Could this be used for faux freckles?
Answer: Yes you can use henna for faux freckles; it has been quite a popular trend as of recent. Our product uses natural henna without any chemical dyes so it's safe for more skin types and the colour develops over a few hours. We recommend doing a test on an inconspicuous area before your main application. -

How long is the henna tube good for before it loses its strength and is there a way of preserving it?
Answer: When you have finished using it make sure you put the pin back in the cone. It should last a good 4 months. -

Are the instructions on the packaging that to do a test patch before applying? What instructions are there please?
Answer: There are no instructions. However, I always do a patch test on myself before using it on my girls. I've ordered this twice with no issues. My older one has sensitive eczema prone skin and she was absolutely fine with it. Having said that, I cannot guarantee every sensitive skin person will be ok and not get a reaction to it. -

Is this tested on animals?
Answer: This is a cruelty-free and organic product. We have incorporated this on the box art. -

Answer: It's henna, I don't see why not. -

A cone is enough for how many hands?
Answer: The cones are good for 4-5 hands. We made sure to pack in as much henna as possible to give you the best value for money. -

Does this henna contain ppd? The chemical that gives blisters?
Answer: This does not contain PPD or any other harmful chemicals. -

Hi For some reason the henna I got from you is brown and not black?
Answer: Natural henna is always dark red-brown. Black is only achieved with a dye or other additive. We included photos in our description to demonstrate the beautiful natural colour stain progression from our henna.
